Welcome to Revive Medical & Aesthetic Clinic

Revive Medical & Aesthetic Medical Clinic is in the business of providing quality, safe, accessible, and affordable healthcare. Our passion drives the services we provide to the public. When you walk in our office, we look at you as an individual and unique person seeking to regain their wellbeing.  Patient-centered individualized care trained healthcare professional Providers with years of experience and passion for what we do.

We provide a wide range of primary care service. The primary care aspect of the clinic will deal with consultation, management, and treatment of patients with chronic health conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, Asthma, Metabolic dysfunctions, minor gynecologic conditions, pap smear, and many more.  We consult and make referrals as appropriate to meet your specialty care needs.

The Dynamic team at Revive Medical & Aesthetic Clinic are Advanced Practice Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioners with wealth of training, knowledge, and skills in clinical medicine, healthcare and wellness care. With over a combined 25 years as professional healthcare providers, we bring to the community a solid experience in Primary care, Acute Care  Critical Care, and healthcare management, we understand the importance of complete wellness and optimal health. “Living in the Best Health State.” Looking well, Feeling well, and Vibrant no matter the age.  It is with this understanding that we are committing ourselves to bringing to the community only the best in Primary Care and Aesthetic care services.
